Pool Information

2014 Pool Hours are: 9:00am to 9:00pm

The following rules and regulations are for the protection and benefit of the family members and guests of Association Members. Parents are requested to discuss with their children and their guests the rules and regulations of the Association. All members and guests are expected to observe all rules and follow the instructions of the pool manager and employees.

 

Pool Admittance

 

  1. Proper Pool identification wristbands must be worn by everyone in the Pool area.
  2. Children under twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult or member 18 years of age or older.
  3. A member of the club must accompany ALL guests.
  4. Limit of (2) guests per family per day, unless special authorization of Management. Lifeguard may restrict guests if conditions are deemed to be too crowded. Guests are expected to leave when the member leaves.
  5. Only diapers designed for swimwear are allowed in the pool.
  6. Swimmers must shower before entering the Pool and wear proper swim attire. (No shorts or cut-offs)
  7. The swimming Pool area is only open when the lifeguard is on duty. No swimming when the facility is closed!
  8. No dogs or other pets will be permitted in pool area. 

General Rules 

 

  1. Members must obey all pool rules and follow directions of the lifeguards at all times.
  2. The Pool assumes no liability for lost or stolen items, so please keep an eye on your belongings.
  3. Do not place belongings on chairs, lounges or tables when not in use. Chairs and lounges are available first come first serve. No reserving of furniture.
  4. Do not distract, disturb or annoy lifeguard.
  5. Only authorized pool personnel are allowed on the lifeguard stand and in the Pool office.
  6. No cigarettes, drugs or similar substances permitted in pool area, please go outside pool area gate to smoke.
  7. No eating or drinking in the pool. Please keep all snacks on the pool deck. All members will be responsible for picking up all trash and/or items they brought to pool, and disposing in proper containers
  8. No glass containers allowed on Pool premises.
  9. No drinking of alcoholic beverages allowed by MINORS!
  10. Anyone deemed drunk and disorderly by Management Staff/Lifeguard will be asked to leave recreational facility premises. Unnecessary conversation or threats to lifeguards will not be permitted and may result in Suspension of pool privileges.
  11. No playing or hanging on to the safety rope, ladders or fence.
  12. An adult must supervise children in wading pool and baby Pool area AT ALL TIMES!
  13. The use of inflatable objects is at the discretion of the lifeguards.
  14. No diving or flips!
  15. No dunking, sitting, or standing on shoulders, horse playing, rough play or throwing objects (lifeguard discretion if pool toys) is allowed.
  16. NO RUNNING ON POOL DECK!!!
  17. Profanity and/or vulgar remarks will not be allowed.
  18. Do not spit, blow nose or place inappropriate matter into water.
  19. Loud music will not be allowed (at lifeguard's discretion).
  20. Parking lot must be vacated at the dose of Pool or dusk, loitering or playing in the parking lot is prohibited.
  21. No overnight parking in pool lot.
  22. The Pool may be closed for maintenance purposes, health conditions, weather or any reason deemed sufficient by the Pool manager.
  23. Damage to Pool property will not be permitted. Any member who causes such damage shall be held personally responsible for their or their guests', actions.
  24. The lifeguard has the Option to clear pool of swimmers at any time in the event of an emergency.
  25. No child will be permitted in the deep-water section of pool, unless he/she can demonstrate the ability upon request to swim one width of pool, in good form, and can tread water for at least 30 seconds at the Lifeguard’s discretion.
